Review summary

We were all (7 in my family group) excited about viewing the beautiful gardens of Victoria and the City. We all had excursions planned and purchased. As we approached we could see two cruise ships already in the port. BUT NOT US--problems with the ship not being in able (poor repair, competent??) to make the turn into port. VERY DISSAPOINTING--little explanation, no refund on the cruise purchase mentioned. TOO BAD passengers!!

Was on this trip also. Final offer of missed port less than $18.00 port tax refund. Offer of $50.00 credit on future cruise put where it belonged in trash. Soda plan did not cover sodas not available by stream. Cans were at additional charge. Heavy promoting of alcohol sale. NEVER AGAIN ON PRINCESS!
