Review summary

Disappointed overall. Other cruises have been more enjoyable. Surprised in food quality and cabin cleanliness. Most staff were very helpful and pleasant. The dining room and buffet staff could not be any better. Very impressed. Never able to get room service on the phone. NEVER

Food was marginal. Better in the dining room than the buffet. Very surprised. Food has always been good on Princess. Breakfast was good.

Service in the dinning room and buffet was outstanding. Room steward was horrible. Did not replace ice, clean properly or even make conversation. Never experienced this before.

Beds were comfortable. Shower pressure was horrible. Asked steward to report it to maintenance but nothing ever happened.
