We made the best of our time and made sure we had fun on this cruise despite the obvious problems we had with Princess. It is however not a Cruise line I would recommend or use again.

Other than Cherbourg being closed because it was a Sunday, if this had been our first cruise, most of my criticisms would not have been as apparent. Check the itinerary to make sure port shops and activities are open before you book.

Mike Milheim handled our reservation perfectly! Great food, tours, entertainment. The new princess medallion made access on the cruise amazingly easier, no lines.

A great experience. We will do it again for sure.

The ship is large and was full. So you have to boo your diners times and then still ave to wait for a table. Extra charge restaurants not worth it.

The first 14 days were terrible. The second 14 days were much better. Too many things went wrong in the first 14 days to cover. Bad room, incorrect shuttle bus info, lost time in ports, could not take some of the excursions because the ship got there late, drink charges that were not ours (refunded), missed port day in Southampton because ship was late to port because of sailboat regatta, etc.

No WIFI, Skipped Azore and Casablanca. Extremely disappointed. The cruise itself was very good, but due to those three issues, it made it just ok.

This was our 40th Princess cruise and while the ship is beautiful the management lying to us all the time was very bad, they were also very bad at communication. Thee was no internet and they lied about why. We will come back but hope that the management has changed their attitude. The management does not compare to the Enchanted Princess which is so much better.

Inside the boat in the process of boarding they arrested as a criminal for being Cuban. They denied me medical assistance. No senior supervisor of the boat wanted to talk to me. They discriminated against me and violated all my rights. I am an excellent American citizen more than 10 years ago and a disabled person.

Beautiful ship friendly crew nice weather. Only draw back was St. Thomas being canceled.

100 % better than expected. Ports of call were ok but not as nice as Eastern Caribbean.

Classic cruising, relaxing, more expensive than many other cruises we have taken but not worth the extra money. I have no idea why Princess is considered "premium" or above Royal or NCL.

After two years of waiting due to to cancellations because of the pandemic, it was gratifying to see that Princess cruise line is aware of the COVID-19 problem and it is taking care of it in an efficient manner. They are constantly taking measures for us to have a pleasant trip.

Sky Princess is very nice. Shows should be at 8pm and 10pm. Food very good. Entertainment could be better. WiFi was pretty fast. Free movies on the TV are very good

We loved the ship , the ports we stopped at were good that’s why we picked this trip. It was only half capacity so the crowd was small, cleaning during the Covid was excellent, cleaning crew did a fantastic job. Honestly our only complaint this time was the food, and it wasn’t just one of us it was both of us that thought that.

Extremely messy start, but restaurants were great.

It was a fun filled week. The time went so fast because we did so many things!

The ship was 40% full so there was no waiting or lines at elevators, at the buffet, or anywhere else. Captain was very personable and was skilled enough to get us into one port that another ship had to skip due to tricky weather and logistics.

Cruise was excellent overall......mandatory mask wearing was laxed in certain places, especially in the theatre & deck 5 Piazza. Recorded announcements are made but seemed no 'team mates' addressed those who refused to put a mask on.....they saw them & just walked by. That made us & others very uncomfortable. Most passengers felt Princess could have made a better effort to enforce the mask mandate..

Wonderful cruise, and despite all the media's heated rhetoric about cruises not being safe, we couldn't have felt safer! Our ship was at 1/3 capacity, mask policies were enforced in all indoor areas, hand washing stations were everywhere, and all guests had to be fully vaccinated with negative COVID tests prior to boarding. This was the best cruise we've ever been on, and we are so glad we didn't cancel our reservation due to all the fear being spread by the media! Wearing a mask indoors was no big deal - and kept us feeling safe! Being on the cruise felt like we were taking the same, or likely even less, amount of risk as going to a local Wal-Mart for groceries. No better time than now to get a much needed break from reality out in beautiful nature.
