We had Frankie, Dominator and Jowell in the Club Class dining room. They were AWESOME. They anticipated our needs, were so pleasant and helpful. Can't say enough about these 3 great guys.
Onboard Activities

The Enclave is a must do. The spa treatments were great. The spa manager (Tatiana?) and her assistant Auggie were super helpful and friendly.
Entertainment

There was a lady who played the violin on Deck 5. She was FANTASTIC.

Mentioned above -- the Club Class dining room was great. Frankie, Dominator and Jowell were great. Can't say enough good things about these 3 guys. They were funny and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Our room steward was great too. I think his name was Theidum? We were in A428. I feel terrible I can't remember his name right now. :-/ But he was great!
Ship Quality

Everything was great. Bathrooms were constantly being cleaned. You could see the constant sanitation going on all around the ship.
