12 Night Dazzling Europe (Barcelona To Rome)

A few of the excursions on this itinerary seemed like they were just thrown in to avoid
having a shorter cruise. I think that there must be some better ports than Bastia and Olbia.
So much better than all the other cruise lines which we have used. My only complaint was that it took over 9 hours from embarkation until I received my suitcase in my stateroom.
Food and Dining
The main dining room and the two specialty restaurants served excellent food. The Waves buffet was good for breakfast, but rather ordinary for lunch choices.
Service and Staff
Cabin / Stateroom
The concierge level staterooms are worth the extra cost.
Ports Of Call
Not the most beautiful of cities. Some interesting sights like Sagrada Familia and the apartments designed by Gaudi
Sete (Carcassonne), France
Visited Arles at this port. Good shore excursion.
Marseille (Provence), France
Interesting to see France's second city
St. Tropez, France
Not worth the time to walk around St. Tropez. Would not repeat this one.
Monte Carlo, Monaco
Very crowded with traffic, but worth the trip to see the castle and the cathedral where Princess Grace is laid to rest.
Took a boat trip from Portofino to Rapallo and Sevestri Lavante. Lovely way to spend 4 hours.
Not much to see or do. Would skip this in the future
Livorno (Florence & Pisa), Italy
Visited 3 of the Cinque Terra towns. Super crowded. Hard to get around.
Porto Cervo (Olbia), Sardinia
This excursion took us to 3 different towns. Not worth the time or money to go
The best of all the excursions. Magnificent views and incredible history.
Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy
