Review summary
Customer service at sea and on land needs a lot of work. For a high end cruise one would expect better. Thought it strange that the Officer in charge of excursion hosted a birthday dinner for one of our group since we have an ongoing issue regarding there complimentary excursion program. Mix up with anniversary celebration for another couple in our group as well as confusion regarding dinner reservations. Food was good, ports were interesting but the lack of good customer service ruined the cruise experience for me therefore I would never cruise with them again.
