Review summary

Our trip will be a fond memory because of the entire staff of the ship. Although service was not always perfect, every crew member that we encountered never failed to make us feel welcome and pleased that we chose the Muse as our first (but not last) Silver Sea voyage.

Excellent cabin. One downside. The anchor hold is directly beneath this stateroom. On mornings where the ship will anchor in the harbor, the release of the anchor in early morning is extremely loud.

Book specialty restaurants as early as possible.

Although parts of the countryside are interesting, the ongoing issue with trash removal is disappointing. Seems there has been an ongoing issue with the waste facility. Garbage EVERYWHERE. A good day to stay by the pool and soak up the sun.

If you want to try something different, book a cooking class with Ivy Liacopoulou. She is an author and blogger who will teach and feed you in her private home. You'll need 5 hours. But you won't leave hungry! Ivy's husband will pick you up at the port and bring you back. An excellent day!
