Again, i was disappointed in the “luxury” tour. I did not feel that it lived up to its reputation . Comcei There was very little, if any interaction with other passengers or crew. In speaking with a few other first time cruisers, there was a familiar feeling. The WiFI was horrible!!!!!!!!!!! Not enough tours of overall places that were moderate or less strenous. We were under the impression that young children were not allowed on ship. There were several very young children, often disruptive.

We only had the pool and fitness centers. Unfortunately, due to the rigors of tours we did no use them.

Stage shows were not good. The musicians were okay but everything closed at 10:30pm. Not much time to be able to enjoy.

My room steward was non existent even when we left messages to have her call back. She never did! I resorted to leaving notes to have things replenished. The waiters were good but English was poor when went beyond your specifics order. The Compass Rose staff was better than the other restaurants.

Cabin / Stateroom

Our Cabin was nice, however, I and not sure why we were concierge. Other people who were not concierge wee in the same room. Since our steward was never present, there wee no amenities that warranted the concierge suite. The beds were comfortable and the suite was clean but coffee, refrigerator were never replenish. Sometimes wash clothes were not there. The Laundry service was excellent .
Ship tip
I did not feel it was a luxury ship. I was disappointed! It let only like a floating hotel.
