Review summary

food was a big disappointment and ports of call/activities left something to be desired. We had trouble understanding multiple guides on our tours and so did many of the people on our tours. We travel all over the world and usually don't have a problem. Ship, however, exceeded expectations as did the beautiful spa. We felt asking us to pay for a 2nd device on wifi per cabin was nickel and diming us.

we waited in a bus alongside the ship for 90 minutes before they let us board even though we arrived at the designated time

We went on this cruise based on the impression that Regent food was among the best of the luxury lines. We have had better food on many other cruise lines, Seabourn, Viking Ocean, silversea, celebrity.
