Review summary

Overall, my wife and I had a great experience. The ship was great, the staff was top notch and the food was unbelievable. The demographics skew 70 and 80 years old. My wife and I are 60 and felt like we were a bit out of our element. We met a few nice people, but not as many as expected.

Embarkation

3 out of 5
We did not book our flights and hotel through Regent and the transfer process was horrible. No information, no updates, no anything. I assumed that Regent would have told us that we needed to make all the transfers ourselves.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Absolutely amazing food. All, but premium wines were included.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
This is a smaller ship and there were some good activities. I felt many of them were for people older than my wife and I.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Same 12 people for every show, but they were really good and had lot of energy.

Children's Programs

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The best. What I really liked was the fact that the staff was from all over he world and they were very friendly.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship was just refurbished and it was in great shape.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
All rooms are suites. Ours was the smallest, but it was great for us. Walk in closet, fresh flowers, balcony.

Ship tip

If you don't book your pre stay hotel and flights with Regent then assume you will have to make all the transfer reservations yourself.

Way too many cruise ships. Tour guides were totally burnt out.
