Travel light, don’t over pack. Magnetic hooks and clips for paper and wet clothes to dry.

Go earlier in the year , and choose a trip with more ports of call budget for shore excursions which we found yo be prohibitively expenses

Love the “Vision Class” of RCCL. Serenade of the Seas is a nice size ship, has enough activities to keep one busy. I would not recommend this class for families. There is not enough activity’s for them.

Many times it was easier taking the stairs instead of waiting to get on an elevator.

If you are looking for stuff to do don’t bother with this class of ship. I mean there is nothing to do but sleep and play cards. The pool is even super small.
