Traveled with two other couples and had a great time

Cruise is reasonable and enough time to enjoy the boat- very smooth and everyone on board was friendly and happy!

Overall was an amazing cruise for only being a short 4 nighter. Ship was great as always and i was pleasantly surprised by how great Progreso/Merida was as a stop. It's low key under the radar but i rexommend it if you ever get the chance to go.

It was our first time on a cruise. We enjoyed it. The food and service were great. I wish coffee was sold at pool bars. I found myself going up and down the elevators for cold coffee at the cafe.

Other than our room choice the cruise was very enjoyable

Wonderful vacation. Would cruise on Serenade again we would just choose different port activities.

Nice itinerary, getting on & off ship was easy. Weather was a bit cooler than we're accustomed to this time of year. Had a very nice trip.

We were on Anthem in January so Serenade was quite a change but we found this smaller ship a better fit for us. Easy check in. No standing in long lines for anything. Staff was friendly. Only drawback is no 24 hour food place like Anthem had.

It was a good cruise on an older ship with great staff. I didn't sail with children but it looked like a ship for older passengers.

We had fun, met lots of very nice people! Staff was very friendly! Solarium was a hot mess due to entitlement of passengers saving upwards of 8 chairs at 5am. Ridiculous!

Great cruise with interesting ports. Loved the Serenade of the Seas. Perfect size for seniors

I met some wonderful people on the ship. Don't bother with purchasing the "KEY".

I love to cruise, but will never sail with Royal Caribbean again.

I’m loyal to Royal. Love the ships. Love the staff and crew. Wonderful food. Only place on the whole itinerary that will be worth revisiting is CocoCay…..the rest of the Bahamas is a thumbs down for me.👎🏻

Overall, for an older ship (I was concerned) it was very well kept and crew were amazing. I wish they would have left Vintages a try’s wine bar, no as good of selection of wines now. Plan to go on this ship again for sure.

This was a Christmas cruise so lots of families were on board and it was terrific. The holiday spirit was all around the ship and passengers. The ship was decorated well for the holidays. The weather was horrible for the Caribbean but the ship was comfortable despite the rainy and cold weather. The ship's dining experience was good and the service all over was well done. I'd do this again but would pray for better weather.

We haven’t cruised on Royal Caribbean in way too many years as we are Platinum cruisers on another line. The Serenade of the Seas ship, service and food were all phenomenal. We enjoyed the beach at all 4 ports. We will be cruising on her again ASAP.
