Cruise was relaxing, the ship was clean and well kept. We had not been to most of the ports on this cruise which is why we picked it.

Thought the cruise was awesome service was great food was great

This is a great ship. Nice size, easy to get around, the centrum is really pretty and there is always something going on there, with people watching from all the balconies. There's a fun vibe.

My husband and I had a wonderful time, and we like Serenade because it's a smaller ship, and we enjoy that.

There are many positives in this cruise but was ruined by the Key package which disappointed my wife and I. Instead of having a relaxing cruise, we got stressed out because rccl keeps on charging us for food room service which clearly stated on the description as free. The 1st guest services staff told me that the promo I bought did not include the free room service food delivery. To which I told Kumar that if you buy a shirt from a department store the store will not take out buttons because I bought it on sale. I expect to get the product that I bought and Kumar took care of the issue.

Our cruise was wonderful and relaxing! Outstanding food, music and shows. The employees were exceptional and made our getaway a success.

Food was basic, menu needs improvement. Concierge service was fantastic. Casino always smelled of smoke. Ridiculous they still allow smoking inside there. Grand Cayman was favorite port. Boat needs updated, carpets stained and ripped all over.

The cruise was fantastic. No need to improve anything, except for the first show, titled Screen to Stage, or something like that. We didn't recognize many of the songs, and a few of them were definitely not kid friendly. We were told almost 1/4 of the passengers were kids, so kind of weird that this would not be considered when putting a show together during an early time. Besides that, everything was great!

Loved the entire trip. Made new friends and participated in most activities. The service was excellent as well as the food. Enjoyed so much, I’m going on a cruise to New England on the same ship in October.

We really enjoyed the cruise. Royal had to extend our cruise one day because of a hurricane and they quickly added a ton of stuff to keep everyone entertained on the additional day. Everyone is friendly and clean. Will sail with Royal again!

Good cruise, Staff was great. Shows could be better.

It was a nice break. Smaller ship. but with a really great crew, and views of the ocean. Enough entertainment to keep busy, but a bit structured from what I was use o from Royal. IE everything started on and ended on time. The start time being punctual is great but ending the fun on a timetable not so much so. The ports were great with plenty to do, but nothing spectacular.

This cruise was exactly what we expected it to be and we loved it! It was so relaxing and we can't wait to do it again.

Out of the 5 cruises I’ve done with Royal, Serenade is my favorite ship so far. Enjoyed everything it had to offer. Have respect for the staff on the ship, they work long hard hours and still do it with a smile.

This was a gift for our 30th anniversary and for both our first cruise. The ship, staff and food were excellent. Plenty of activities and space to relax. We both would love to spend time in the casino but that was impossible due to the stinch of the smoke. WHY can't that area be smoke free as the rest of the ship?? Why patronize a few at the expense of the majority??

First cruise and we had an absolute blast. Best of times

We enjoyed our cruise very much. We are an older couple and really do like peace and quiet. We were able to find that for the most part. The adult part was not just adults and we didnt care for that. Probable need to do an adult only cruise and try that.

The best part of the cruise is going through the Panama Canal. We utilized my time dinning. The casino does not have many pulls, tournaments, but was still fun. Tons of places to sit and enjoy the water.
