Embarkation

5 out of 5
Easy as 1-2-3

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The food was outstanding. I was concerned that the quality of RCCL's food may have diminished since the COVID-19 pandemic, but the food was perhaps the best I've ever had.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
I got a haircut on board and used the hot tub...no complaints.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Teh Activities Director was stellar. Every activity in which she hosted was so much fun.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
We have no children but the survey required me to rate it.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
No complaints.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Serenade of the Seas is showing her age in some areas but still a beautiful ship.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
It clean, it has a bathroom and a bed...what more do you need?

Ship tip

If you like the Mega-cruise ships like the Oasis class, you may be disappointed in this ship. She is older and about 1/3 of the size but she is beautiful with an abundance of glass to look out to the ocean. Perfect for the Canada / New England cruises.
