This was my first cruise with royal Caribbean and everything was perfect. Didn't have one issue and the staff was amazing that if there was an issue I know it would be resolved asap. The ship wasn't packed like I assumed so going on a half empty cruise was amazing. Never was a line never had to wait and always was seating and eat access to the bar

Was relaxing, the staff was more than wonderful, fun, friendly. The rooms are small and the entertainment in Theatre was mid level and the Centrum was too small for the amount of people on the ship

There are many positives in this cruise but was ruined by the Key package which disappointed my wife and I. Instead of having a relaxing cruise, we got stressed out because rccl keeps on charging us for food room service which clearly stated on the description as free. The 1st guest services staff told me that the promo I bought did not include the free room service food delivery. To which I told Kumar that if you buy a shirt from a department store the store will not take out buttons because I bought it on sale. I expect to get the product that I bought and Kumar took care of the issue.

I really enjoyed myself and look forward to my next adventure

We had a great time on the Serenade of the Seas! The crew was friendly and helpful. They seemed happy to have passengers on board. The theater showers were the after dinner highlight! With the ship size, five nights was perfect!

Traveled with two other couples and had a great time

Overall very good cruise. The only thing missing we never got the paper showing the activity of the day

nice ship, foods were ok in dining room, usually we travel on Carnival cruises which we really like. entertainment on Carnival is so much better. All our 9 family carnival cruises have been before Covid. we plan to take Carnival cruise in November 2023. We will definitely, surely be comparing our RC cruise to our Carnival cruise.

I booked my cruise with another family (both with kids). We booked together and then called to ensure our rooms and dinning reservations were grouped together. They assured us they were together and asked us to call back if there were any issues. When rooms got assigned we were separated instead they grouped my family member with another reservation. When i called to change it, they refused and told me it would cost extra, even i confirmed (from Royal Carribean) that the room next to my family membet was available. We were also separated at dining too. My family was grouped with someone else. The dining manager was able to rectify the situation on day 3 but not without hassles. I will be booking directly with Royal Carribean next time.

Overall the best cruise we’ve been on. Ports of call were perfect, boat was clean, food was great and the friendliest service from all staff

Overall very enjoyable. Cruised with 6 of our friends. Our group was nicely accommodated in the dining room.

Good ship with plenty to do. Not much happens after 10pm except music in the bars. I didn't mind that. But if you want nightlife this may not be for you. I don't think it's necessary to do an excursion in all ports but if you're comfortable with booking outside the cruise ship there is plenty to do at all ports.

This being our first cruise was very good. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We were with another couple who had cruised before. Everything was great! The staff was amazing. We will definitely go on another cruise in the future. Royal Caribbean was a great choice for our first cruise.

This was a gift for our 30th anniversary and for both our first cruise. The ship, staff and food were excellent. Plenty of activities and space to relax. We both would love to spend time in the casino but that was impossible due to the stinch of the smoke. WHY can't that area be smoke free as the rest of the ship?? Why patronize a few at the expense of the majority??

First time on a cruise ship. Was very impressed with Royal Caribbean.

A good cruise overall. Serenade is an older ship but the crew does an excellent job with service and entertainment. Ports of call are okay with Cozumel being one of the stops and most cruisers have been there before. With four ships in port on the same day Costa Maya was overwhelmed. Food was okay in the main dining room and , of course, drinks are always good.

First cruise and we had an absolute blast. Best of times
