Ship: Serenade of the Seas

Cabin type: Balcony

Traveled as: Family (older children)

Review summary

The ship itself was beautiful. It was the guests that left some issues. Unfortunately, the staff didn't seem to want to "rock the boat" when dealing with the guests and the problems attached.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
We were very disappointed that the "adults only" restaurants - specialty restaurants had rules that were not adhered to by many guests and the staff would do nothing about it.

Entertainment

Children's Programs

Our children, 11,14, and 17 did not seem to fit into the activites that were offered at all.

Find a tour taxi and really learn about the spices and trademarks that this beautiful island is known for.

Castries, St. Lucia

Don't Miss: Try to do the ATV Tour for Honeymoon beach if possible... we all loved it!

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

The best of the Islands by far! Beautiful and clean!

St. John's, Antigua

Pros: The stateroom attendant and his wonderful personality

Cons: The rules for "adults only" seem to apply to only us... most families ignored them.
