We will be booking Princess from now on whenever is possible, this cruise was so great that now all I want to do is cruise vacations- very relaxing and carefree.

The overview of the 15-day Hawaiian cruise is excellent. We highly recommend to those who aim at a good vacation of relaxation, as there are 9 days at sea. We consider that we have plenty of things to do on the ship. As for the shore excursions, usually we spent half a day to know the islands, though superficially. Yet, there will be always revisits! There are more seniors on the ship, a lot in wheelchairs, walkers and canes, couples helping each other. Once the tour bus driver asked about people who celebrated their anniversaries, and the 45-50 anniversary group is the most. One lady even shouted out 63 ( years)! A very heartwarming experience to share the happiness with fellow teammates! ❤️❤️❤️

Overall great trip. Crew was fantastic! I'll go again!

Good times! Can’t wait to go again! We loved the areas we visited. Easy to get around and find our way back. When we we’re on the ship we didn’t ever have a negative experience!

One of our best cruises! My wife, who was hesitant about signing up for this cruise, said she would do it again in a heartbeat!

The fact that Normandy was cancelled ruined the trip.

This cruise was to see Northern light and we all got to see it. I feel very privileged. We are from Texas so not much chance to see them. One of the best cruises.

Interesting cities were visited. Saw the Northern Lights from the ship. Snowy weather.

Loved our summer 2019 cruise to Norway! The ship, food, staff, and excursions were all fabulous! Our travel agent, Deanna, booked our dream vacation!

The cruise was relaxing, and served the purpose of letting us recover from jet lag after a long flight from the West Coast before a demanding week in London. It was disappointing that one tour (in Copenhagen) was cut short, and another stop (Skagen) cancelled entirely.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT! THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND THE FOOD WAS GREAT. THE SUN SETTING VERY LATE (11:30 PM) WAS AN INTERESTING TWIST WE HAD NOT ANTICIPATED BUT ENJOYED. WE HAD EXCEPTIONALLY GREAT WEATHER AND THE SEAS WERE GLASS SMOOTH FOR THE MOST PART.

Love this cruise itinerary it was so rich in history so many ports in one trip its a must do! From Rome to London.

This was our 4th cruise with Princess. We've always been very happy with them but not so much on this trip. Shanghai immigration facilities need a total upgrade to handle a ship of 2700 passengers. Workers were very nice and charming but bad weather and delays made the embarkation a real "turnoff" and spoiled an otherwise enjoyable trip. Princess workers totally screwed up the embarcation. Letting "Elite VIP's" go in front of 200 or so disabled was a total mess and my impression of Princess took a big drop even though I am not disabled.

We were on board for both Cruises - Nov 28th and the following until Dec. 18th. On both Cruises we DID NOT GET AN INVITATION TO THE CIRCLE PARTY. On the first cruise I found out by Chance and talked to the Circle Hostess about it and she said that she prints out the invitations and the room Steward has to put them on the Slot by our door. On the second cruise the same Thing happened again. This time the Circle Hostess - it was a different one - was exceptionally unfriendly when I confronted her with this recurring Problem. Again she put the blame on the room Steward. Upon disembarkation I found the Name tag from our cabin with my Statement and it had the colour BLUE - first time cruisers. I have not noticed this before because it was quite dark in the hallway. I was unable to find out what was going on - because actually we were as Elite Members in the Computer. Could it be that - because we do not like to have the tips put on our Statement but do our own tipping - we are being ignored and on purpose not invited to this functions??? Overall the experience on the Sapphire Princess has not been great. It seemed that generally the staff from Top down did not really care about anything at least that was the feeling we had. No Supervision.

Unfriendly staff, disorganized rushed tours, more bare basics than luxury,

The food was good. The other guests were terrific ! The show venue filled very fast with good shows filling by 7:15 for a 8 pm show,

Ship experience was great. Shore excursions were poorly done by guides.

The beds and the bedding were excellent. Please replace the hair dryers- the ones in the cabins lacked power. The mini suite was very spacious.

Could have used more time in Oslo. Only from 7:00 to 3:30.

Great cruise with the most beautiful landscapes and scenery. We had the best weather possible. All the excursions we took were wonderful although I thought the prices were rather high. The North Cape was a highlight of the trip for us. The ship was well designed.
