Review summary

One of our best cruises! My wife, who was hesitant about signing up for this cruise, said she would do it again in a heartbeat!

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Quick, easy, friendly!

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Santa Fe dining room and Steakhouse were great! The pizza on deck 14 by the pools is always a must; and the International Cafe is a hidden gem!

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Won the blackjack tournament, participated/watched trivia/game shows.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Bravo was the best show we've seen (out of 4 times on other ships)! The guest singers were amazing! Matt, the cruise director, played the harmonica and had a great sense of humor!

Children's Programs

Nobody under 18 with us

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Friendliest, most engaging staff we've experienced.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Sapphire is a smaller ship than the newer Regal/Royal but makes up for the limitations by the quality of the staff!

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
We were upgraded to a full suite! What else is there to say!

Ship tip

Older, but don't judge it right away to the newer ships.
