We were on it a few weeks ago and everyone was really nice and went above and beyond. The tours we went on were well organised. Looks like no cruises on Princess are listed on your profile.

Having sailed on 6 Princess & 21 P & O cruises and enjoyed every one, never had any problems that couldn't be sorted, it's how you approach the staff to resolve the issues.

Looking at your profile, I can’t see that you have ever sailed on Sapphire Princess, just Noordam.

What ship were you on? Doesn’t sound like the same Sapphire Princess. We found all the crew to be friendly - restaurant staff particularly chatty. The only tour we took was well organised with plenty of photo opportunities and independent time for shopping. Beds extremely comfortable and new carpets throughout most of the ship.
