Found the staff to be helpful and friendly. They do have protocols to follow so you may not get exactly what you want but then maybe your request is selfish.

Front of the ship is rougher. Back of the ship as engine noises.
Wine tasting, Pisa, San Gimignano were good. Had the worst tour guide ever....Isadora. The tour guide didn’t provide us with any information on the sites.
