Review summary

Well in my opinion j.p. the president of Princess who's turning this brand into a below Carnival standard. This was my 17th Cruise and it is the cruise that made me think I should switch from princess

Service and Staff

1 out of 5
This staff is overworked there's about a staff of the boat we had 2600 people on board with a staff of less than 1,000. And when they say we have 1,000 crew onboard not all those crew are customer service oriented. It was horrible they were so short staffed one of the main dining rooms wasn't open international cafe closes at midnight specialty dining restaurants? well you could only eat at One Restaurant every other day because they were short-staffed so they could only open one specialty dining restaurant at a time. The problem is Princess knows how many people are going to be on the ship and they know how much staff they're going to have and they don't care come back new?? How about come back and next trip will be on a different Cruise Line.

Appreciate your view

That ratio 2 to 1 is about how it is. The stated cruise 17 seems more than listed. We have been on 2 Princess Cruises since October 21. Food is not 5 star. But good. SORRY this cruise did not meet your expectations.

We loved the Ruby when we were on it pre COVID. What a shame that you had such a poor experience. A lot of money to pay for that.

I have tried to edit this comment we had 2,600 passengers on the Ruby and less than 1,000 staff
