Review summary

they need more staff for food areas. We have a cruise booked on same ship for October 1, 2022 but we will be canceling if they do not improve their staffing of buffet and specialty dining

A line around the block. Crazy long. Never have seen a line that long to get into the building. They talk and email excessively about being "Green lane ready" there was NO green lane.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

Everything had huge lines. The specialty dining places (Crown and Sabbatini's) were only open every other night instead of every night due to staffing shortages. That's what we were told. Buffets only one side open and lines out the door, literally, to the pool deck of people waiting for the buffet food. If you ordered on the app where they bring it to you, it took over an hour and was cold when they got to you.

Onboard Activities

trivia was ok. The theater shows were horrible.

Entertainment

1 out of 5
they had a show called Hollywood hiccups and it was their best show. they should do that on theater stage. The performers in theater were not good.

Service and Staff
