Review summary

The only concern I would express is there was on going difficulty with our accounts. Often times my husband would be told our account was closed, only to visit customer service and discover that was not the case. I am not certain what the glitch was on this, neither was our CS rep Rosemare. Even when we were disembarking my husband was stopped and told he needed to reconcile his account and when we went to CS and stood on line...we were told that there was not problem. Very inconvenient and never understood why... Maybe next time we need a CC for both parties in a stateroom. ????

I wish we would have understood the smaller dining room procedures earlier. We ate at the buffet most of the trip. Food and service was excellent.

This ship was easy to maneuver. I like the smaller ship. The staff worked hard to keep this ship clean at all times.

Would have been perfect for two...a little tight for 3 adults.

Ship tip

Alaska at the end of August was amazing. Don't hesitate to take these later sailings...it's worth it.

I did not leave the ship. My husband did and liked it. He took the trolley excursion offered in town and found it entertaining and informative.

I liked Ketchikan. Quaint town. Some of the sales people are very aggressive. I would avoid the shops recommended in the future.
