This was a great cruise all around. Would rather do Mazatlan over Lapaz. That would make it a great great great cruise. Ruby princess is a great ship with so much fun and great activities

Princess has the embarkation down to a science

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
The buffet was changed a lot the last four days but not much prior. Good buffet though. The main dining rooms are great with good service

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Really good fitness facilities. Several pools and hot tubs, easy to enjoy them, never seemed too busy

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Entertainment director is incredible and the shows were amazing. Always several things going on. The stage shows were good and the entertainers were incredible

Children's Programs

No children

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Overall service was very good. We have done other cruises and the waiters were a little better but all in all good

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Ships layout is great, everything is easy to get to

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Great beds, we always get balconies so the room is larger but very nice and clean

Ship tip

Great boat, enjoy her

Ports of call

San Pedro (Los Angeles), California Did not visit port

Departed from here

Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

5 out of 5
Dinner cruise was a blast then just enjoyed Cabo on day two. A lot to do

La Paz, Mexico

3 out of 5
Very quiet port, not much to do

Loreto, Mexico

4 out of 5
Clam bake fiesta was fun, beautiful port, really enjoyed the outside shopping experience

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

5 out of 5
Las Veronos zip line was fun from departure to our return. 14 zip lines with great views and the guides were as good as you can get and a lot of fun. We needed at least one more day because we missed the down town entertainment but this is a great port with a lot to see

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Princess is the best there is with the disembarkation. No lines and it’s quick and easy
