I felt the cruise could have been better because of the poor quality of food offered I felt like we were constantly being offered second-best just so Princess Cruise line could up-sell a better quality of food. The staff was nothing to remember and the activities were very boring. I don't think I will ever book with princess again.

Cold food terrible tasting food and I felt like they were trying to constantly up charge you to get better quality food. The buffets were terrible it seemed like they were serving leftover food that they could not get rid of at dinner the following day. They ran out of different foods even when the buffet was still going room service was terrible also I ordered a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and they toasted the bread and put three pieces of toasted bread together to make the peanut butter and jelly sandwich.at dinner they only had about six choices and they were constantly upselling you end up charging you to get a better quality meal.

Absolutely has to be the worst Buffet and the worst food I have ever eaten it seems like the staff could care less they were running out of food and would not refill it and I stood and waited 15 minutes for ranch dressing after I asked for them to fill it back up I waited and waited and then I went to a different waiter and waited again and was told just go to your table will bring it to you it's going to be a while the only thing I had to eat was a salad so it's no good to eat a salad without dressing so I just handed it back to the staff member and what and got a hamburger I think the food was left over from the night before and they were just doctoring up and making it I never heard of American potato salad with sausage and cheese in it that is not American potato salad the choices were terrible and like I said they never refresh anything once it was out it was over very disorganized a lot of Staff members standing around doing absolutely nothing it took a very long time to get a drink brought to your table so when I did get one brought I made sure I ordered two just in case the staff would never come back very disappointing Princess Cruise on your food

Not very good. The only thing they had all the time was 3 men from a mariachi band playing continuously in the middle of the ship. The times for every game, musical or comedian was overlapping the only phenomenal experience we had was at the Disco and dance club and a great and phenomenal experience with the comedian he was great and he was the highlight of the ship.

Some staff were good in the dining room others such the staff at the buffet were terrible like I said it took a very long time to bring you a drink most of the time I just went to the bar and got iced tea lemonade or pop myself they did clean up the tables fast but food was running out and they were not restocking it the room Stewart was very good and very personal he remembered our name but most people on the ship didn't seem like they wanted to be working or didn't want to be there at all

Very clean and well maintained. The ship was decorated very nicely for Christmas which was great the bathrooms and restrooms were very clean and the room that we stayed in which was a mini sweet was very nice.
Cabin / Stateroom

Room was very clean, closet was big and nice. It was good to have a shower/tub and the water was very hot with lots of hot water. The shower head was nice but didn't adjust a massage like it was supposed to do it was not a big deal the only thing is on the Ruby Princess your many Suites are very similar to the same size of a cabin as a normal balcony room on any other cruise ship I have traveled. The mini suites was not that nice compared to other cruise ships in your same family that was a regular balcony room.
Ship tip
Don't expect to be catered to or pamper to buy the staff they are very uncaring.
Really enjoyed our Excursion it was very easy getting on and off the boat and very well organized by Princess Cruise Line also we loved our Excursion director she was phenomenal and very informative about the country and the area
The port and Excursion was very interesting was very well organized and our young Excursion director was very knowledgeable about the area and did a phenomenal job we enjoyed our Excursion very well
Very smooth and wonderful disembarkment very organized whoever is in charge of the disembarkment deserves to have a raise it took less than 20 minutes to go from the area to off the ship I was very impressed
