Review summary
We booked four balcony rooms next to each other for a family trip over 6 months ago, 3 of us all arrived at the same time went to our rooms looked at the room my sister was going to be in, her name was on the door. About 1/2 hour later she checked in and her room had been given to someone else. It was very upsetting to talk to the staff even the manager and no one cared. They said her room was a upgrade but it was just like ours only with a smaller balcony, this is a upgrade???? Still can't find out who's fault it was or Princess they blame each other, I will never use either one again!!!!Embarkation
