Highly recommend this trip - do before the glaciers are gone! Princess Cruises did an exceptional job in making sure our luggage was picked up in our hotel room and placed in our cabin (no worries on the luggage as we had one day in Seattle).

From our flights on Alaska Air - to the Westin Hotel - to on-boarding of the Ruby - the entire trip was perfect. The views from our balcony were breath-taking and majestic. Much smoother onboarding than other cruise lines! The ports of call: Juneau, Skagway, Ketchikan and Victoria CA - Glacier Bay was exceptional. Wish we had more time (daytime) in Victoria.

Our toilet broke - took 4 hours to fix - We received a note from the room steward basically saying we did something wrong - when we did nothing to make this happen, actually your room plumbing is connected to a number of other cabins - We own a RV and know what the rules of the plumbing are...
Stayed at the Westin prior to sailing and Princess does an excellent job in collecting your baggage and bringing it to the ship - for you! No carrying around luggage!!!
Excellent bus tour to the Suspension bridge into CANADA, the bus driver actually backed up the bus when we saw a bear in the mountains. Scenic train was exceptional - the views unbelievable.
