The overall cruise was amazing. The ship is beautiful and always clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. Alaska is one of the most amazing places i have been too and would recommend this trip and ship to anyone.

Only some of the hot tubs worked and the ones that did were not hot. The pool was nicely heated.

The musicians were great and the comedian was hilarious. The stage shows were not good, boring and hard to sit through. They were advertised as something other than what they were.

We had a great waited every night at Michael Angelos names Jose. Him and his assistant waiter Valerie were always wonderful. They gave great service, very nice people and great waiters. Every person I came across was always in a good mood and helpful. Overall wonderful personnel. One complaint that i do have is towards the photo staff. The editing was awful. The pictures were either too light or too dark. I am a natural red head with freckles and my freckles were taken out of the images. I wore a purple dress that was edited to be black. The fake backgrounds were incorporated into our outfits, hair, eyes etc. They were not carefully edited and i wish we were able to buy the originals in addition to or instead of the edited versions. You should look into hiring new photo people.

The room was always cleaned very well. The beds were very comfortable.
There were set times and places for disembarkment and although my party waited until our assigned time, before the time even came, we were rushed off the ship through a different location than was planned. This lead us into confusion. Although the staff was very helpful and nice through the process we were confused as to why we were assigned a time and place only for it not to be followed.
