Review summary

We booked this cruise to celebrate my birthday and it did not disappoint.  Even though we had been to all the ports previously, we took a couple of enjoyable shore excursions and just had a great time.   The Ruby Princess is a nice ship with a friendly, accommodating crew.   We hope to sail on her again.

Our cabin was a typical Princess Cruise cabin, meaning there is no couch unless you are in a mini-suite or suite, but being on the Caribe deck gave us an extended balcony, which makes it great for spending time relaxing and enjoying the sound of the water.

Ship tip

If you get tired of dressing for dinner every night and just want to enjoy a fun evening, grab a burger and fries on the Lido deck and go watch the Movie Under The Stars. Great fun!!
