Review summary
We would of had a 5 star vacation if we wouldn't of had to deal with toilet plugged issues we wee in room 302 on the Baja floor our friends were on same floor in room 258 and they had the same issues we never even put toilet paper in toilets and we had yo call them 3 times to unplug the toilets and so did our friends. We did not care for Mazatlan it was very shady we speak Spanish and the golf cart taxi left us in front of a store that they get commission my husband is handicapped and we had to pay for another Taxi Our Agent Ed Sai promised us 50 dollars to spend on ship and he denied this we had it on speaker phone and 4.
