Review summary

We were a group of 11, we had a fantastic time. I was most pleased with the service in the dining area. I do have one complaint and that is with the one night we had gone to the casino and used the restroom. There was a female employee who used the toilet and immediately left without washing her hands. We followed her into the casino where she immediately held her stomach and returned to the restroom. The other guest and I were both looking to inform someone but to no avail. Unfortunately, at times we were unable to find employees to help us. Hopefully this is something the cruise line can correct, In spite of this, we truly enjoyed ourselves and I recommend this cruise.

in Jan 2015, we were on the Panama Canal cruise. There was a flu epidemic that year (the vaccine didn't target the prevalent flu). There were sani hand stations everywhere..at every stair level, along the halls, at entrances to every venue. I was very careful, but still got it the last few days. I thought I got a Nicaraguan disease because I got it hours after we left port. lol.. nope, just plain flu. All of the crew on that trip and subsequent trips seem to be very health conscious. I wonder if the crew member you encountered was so sick she didn't think??? Too bad you couldn't find someone to advise so they could take care of her and fellow passengers. ... FYI, in the future, you will find that the casino always has someone in the cashier booth. We are heading out again in June.. and now we are extra cautious about close contact..especially around coughers and sneezes. lol
