Ruby Princess

7 Night Mexican Riviera (Los Angeles Roundtrip)

Sail date: March 21, 2015

Ship: Ruby Princess

Cabin type: Suite

Cabin number: D706

Traveled as: Couple

Reviewed: 9 years ago

Review summary

Everything was great except the hour plus wait in the terminal to get through with our passports. There were only 3 agents to handle some 6,000 people. Perhaps Princess could have had the Crown come in a couple of hours before or after the Ruby.

Immigration delays cannot be blamed on the cruise line.  I have run into this problem also & i agree that it is very frustrating.  Usually it is just the result of not having enough agents on duty.
