It was Always an ambition to visit Australia and Japan so when this Itinerary appeared there was no hesitation to Book it. It was our first time with Princess, seems to be the Royal Caribbean as our first choice usually. I would not hesitate to do this same Cruise again, we absolutely loved every second of it, the Food and Service were excellent.

We had a great cruise but too short. Couldn’t fault the staff, food, entertainment or music. We just love the decor of the piazza which looks like a Roman or Greek palace and definitely has the “wow” factor. We miss the Egyptian themed Explorers Lounge and the older version of the Wheelhouse bar with its dark wood panelling found on Grand Class ships.

It was our first time in this part of the world. The scenery was beautiful, the cities were clean and safe, and the people were delightful.

Living in Colorado this was a Bucket List vacation. And it did not disappoint. I greatly appreciated the single fare which i was able to get.

The weather was largely fine, though the Tasman Sea crossing was rough. Despite the few negatives, we enjoyed our cruise overall. We were very fortunate to enjoy perfect weather during our Milford Sound cruising.

Great ship. Lots of sea days. Good food, nice ports. All very enjoyable. The Tasman Sea can be a bit rocky.

The accommodation was not as good as expected, everything else was up to standard

Our cruise provided a great opportunity to learn about Sydney and New Zealand as well as meet other passengers.

This one-in-a-lifetime trip was well worth the long flight to get there.

For the majority of the cruise we were very happy that we have booked another cruise for the end of this year on the same ship.

On board from 15th December-01st February on 4 B2B cruises. Still on board. Having an amazing time so far as usual. Everything has been up to the usual high Princess standard so far. Royal Princess is a truly beautiful ship, our favourite Royal class ship. We had such a memorable Christmas and New Year on board, Princess you are amazing!

Just loved the experience! Wished it was longer and am already planning another longer one. Was entertained all day long.

It is unfortunate that princess decided to change some of the things they offered. We booked this cruise a year ago, and suddenly, this summer, they made some changes to some of the free dining that has been offered in the past. Alfredo's is one of the restaurants that they pulled out from under us as a free option. In my opinion, they needed to grandfather in the people who had already paid for their cruises. The staff on the boat were lovely and worked very hard to please us. The drinks were some of the worst I've ever had, both in presentation and just in taste. The food in the main dining room was hit or miss. Some of the other food choices, such as the international cafe, we're just terrible. This is not my first cruise, so I do have something to compare princess to. I also had ordered a case of water, and seen it on my app the whole time leading up to the cruise. On embarkation day, it was not there. It appears more important for princess to be right and try to squeeze more money out of people. By nickel and diming me, instead of trying to get a repeat customer, Princess has now lost me for any future cruise choices.

We enjoyed to two ports that we visited. The White Pass/Yukon excursion for very informative and scenic. We learned alot about in Ketchikan about the natives there and some other historical events.

A general disappointment. Shipboard entertainment was notably lacking. Never again.

Once the ship left the port in Seattle the seas were very rough. The staff made it manageable and easier to deal with. After the seas calmed we were able to go to a couple of ports and enjoy excursions. On the ship the crew and staff made it very enjoyable.

Alaska should be on everyone’s bucket list. This was my second time there and planning on going back.

Sailed on this cruise to visit Glacier Bay again, but preferred the smaller vessels that we have recently cruised on. Excellent staff, from the Master down, and we had a great time.

For the most part we had a good time on the Royal Princess. The Medallion app although it seemed glitchy at first seemed to work well to get on and off the ship, order food and drinks and find people you are traveling with and places on the ship. The food was a disappointment though. And although we paid for the premium package we received a bill for a few things that we shouldn't have. We are still dealing with the billing and spending a fair amount of time trying to sort out the billing.
