Relaxing scenic cruise where one could see the coastline most of the way. Visually stunning and able to be enjoyed from the deck or a balcony. Good times spent at the ports of call, and the ship was always a welcoming home after going ashore. I was really sad when this experience ended, and wished for a longer stay.

It was ok. Weather was chilly at Hubbard Glacier, Glacier Bay, Juneau and Ketchikan. Warm in Skagway

The Royal Princess was a very nice clean ship. The staff could have been friendlier. They seemed a bit up tight. This was not a super fun ship compared to some of the ships I have been on. I found the Spa staff to be overly pushy. The prices in the spa were higher than on other cruise line ships.

Great vacation! Princess is the way to go if you if you are looking for a more relaxing vacation.

Overall we had a great time. Our room had a great location so we could get anywhere on the ship quickly.

Gorgeous ship, Amazing staff on this ship. The food selections were great with lots of events, ourdoor movies were fun with blankets given out to cozy up.

Overall real good. Ship is in the process of going to their medallion service. ( chip embedded cards,bracelets? ) Cruise #10 coming soon.

I would say if you are looking for a great cruise line, go Princess.

Beautiful ship! Riviera 729 was perfect. Great staff. Liliana was our great stewardess. Raj did fav photos, Garnet was fav waiter. Whole staff was great.

It was one bad experience after another. one staff member telling us something different from another. things not working. our refrigerator didnt work from day 1 . we had to leave the outer door open day 5=6=7 just to keep our drinks cool. the rest of the survey says the rest. i took princess 15 years ago to alaska and was hoping for the same. was so disappointed.

Perfect / relaxing and what I needed to reconnect

It was an amazing vacation. Loved the crew and the staff of the ship. Each port we went to was clean and safe and we did excursions everywhere and got to see, learn, and do a lot of fun things. I really felt like I got my money worth on this trip. Other than my uncomfortable bed being the third in a room it was an amazing trip and I already booked my next one with Princess Cruises. I had heard from people that cruise ships were like big parties, loud and full of drunk people and screaming kids. This was NOT like that at all. It was mostly older people and young adults and not really the party ship I had heard about which was nice. We played games and cards and went to shows and hung out by the pool and there was so much to do that it was just a nice relaxing trip not loud and crazy and not at all boring. Definitely recommend.

The Royal Princess is a beautiful vessel, however it is too big for our idea of a great cruise.  It is so big that it could not dock anywhere near our port stop in Stockholm.  There were numerous occasions when the elevators were too few and slow to que.

It was also very crowded each morning in the lido dining areas as nearly all 4000 passengers were trying to have breakfast at the same time.  There was a maze of of areas to go through for food and by the time you got your food and then found a vacant table your food was cold.  It is also necessary to select a cabin close to mid ship or else it could take 10-15 minutes of walking to get to the dining rooms or to the theater.  Princess should rethink bigger is better concept
