overall great experience and recommend Princess cruise line very highly. They go out of their way to provide excellent customer service

The only real disappointment was ALL of the hot tubs on the ship were closed for the last four days - and it wasn’t because of the weather.

We did the land trip also after the cruise. Wonderful!

We sailed on the Royal Princess for the first Alaska cruise of the season and first ever Alaska trip for the Royal Princess. Overall great trip. Embarkation was an absolute nightmare. You go through US Customs in Vancouver and that wait alone was 2 hours. Didnt matter if you were in a suite or Platinum/Elite. Best to show up at 3pm. The Medallions were an added bonus and just made simple tasks even easier. Staff was great. Very friendly. Dining room food was good, but not great. I never left the dining room saying, wow, that's the best .... I've ever had. The buffet was way improved over other Princess ships, BUT, it's still the buffet. The sailing we were on had Passengers pass away on a shore excursion. The captain and crew handled the situation as best they could. The ship itself was in great shape and a nice step up over older Princess ships.

Royal Princess is the biggest cruise ship I’ve been to. A newer ship. The atrium is beautiful. Layout is similar to other Princess cruise ships. The first medallion ship I’ve been to. The internet is much faster than other cruise ships. It’s cool that the cabin door unlocks automatically when you get near with the medallion.

It’s best view of Alaska, we are glad we did it. Especially The land tour was very well organized. Princess arranged every thing from disembarking from the ship to transport us to the airport on the last day. We would do it again. It’s best to visit Alaska in May since there are still some snow, spring just brings life to the landscape. You still can see some streams , snow instead just rocks late in the summer.

Princess Cruises have made it impossible to beat this was by far the best cruise we have ever done everything was perfect

The Royal Princess was a very nice clean ship. The staff could have been friendlier. They seemed a bit up tight. This was not a super fun ship compared to some of the ships I have been on. I found the Spa staff to be overly pushy. The prices in the spa were higher than on other cruise line ships.

Very nice cruise. I spent some money at the spa. I think more days should be spent in San Francisco.

We enjoyed our cruise from LA to Vancouver. Great ship, excellent food and awesome entertainment! staff was very friendly and cruise director Matt O was hilarious! Quick embarkation and disembarkation! The itinerary was great especially because they were all new places for us.

Stateroom: D402 deluxe balcony on floor 9 dolphin With family May 4,2019 from LA to Vancouver 7 nights traditional dining at Allergio This is my first cruise trip ever. So excited even though I have already off the cruise for 3 days now. The cruise is really colossal and beautiful. It is more suitable for someone who is quiet and not so enthusiastic about sports. I like the cruise a lot. I enjoy the view from the balcony and the foods. 16th floor Lido provides good buffets around the days. I like to order room services for breakfast in the mornings. Always on time. Some fruits, hot milk, hot tea, some danish crossaints. I am looking forwards to come again!

We obviously love this itinerary because this was our third time on the exact same trip.

I had a very beautiful time on a cruise me and the family the food was excellent. Room Was always kept clean friendly service room service

Just breath taking amazing Beautifully done Friendly staff every where State room was nicely decorated The tv was a great size The food was great especially in the sit down restaurant The shows where fantastically preformed The walk with the glass was a beautiful 360 view Wish to have a bit more for kids

We had a wonderful time Buffet was great even the pizza and hamburger on deck 16, the dinning room was slow we were on first dinning table 100 sharing with other people 1 1/2 hour waiting for our dinner after the 3rd day we went somewhere like sushi bar to eat

Big shout out to Hunter (Cruise Staff ) at the dance party under the stars last night. We enjoyed dancing along side him. Look for Hunter at the dances and he will teach you all the moves.

Our first time to these destinations, and we weren't disappointed! Especially enjoyed Puerto Vallarta. The Royal is a wonderful ship, and we look forward to our next voyage on her or another Princess ship.

The Royal is gorgeous! We just finished a sailing to the Mexican Riveria and loved being aboard. The especially loved the spa and spent most of our time in the Enclave. We also enjoyed playing games together at the wine bar. The wait staff was attentive and friendly. Our room steward was excellent too. They had just changed out mattresses which we had never seen Princess do before. Love the priority embarking and debarking with the Platnium level too. Also enjoyed the Platnium/Elite lounge prior to dinner in Club 6.

Had a wonderful trip on the royal princess plenty of seating in the different venues
