Review summary

The only real disappointment was ALL of the hot tubs on the ship were closed for the last four days - and it wasn’t because of the weather.

Embarkation

2 out of 5
No preferred boarding for loyalty passengers if you received your medallion at home prior to cruise

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Only at at the buffet and gelato. Food was excellent and the gelato was reasonably priced, had a lot of choices, and tasted great.

Onboard Activities

2 out of 5
ALL of the hot tubs were closed for the last four days - and the weather wasn’t the reason

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
A lot of the staff was great, however as always there are a few who you think would rather be somewhere else.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Loved the ship. Didn’t realize how much bigger it was compared to the next class of ships (Ruby, Emerald, etc.)

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Mini-Suite not available in Cabin Type - the cabin itself was a good value. Giving it 4 stars because of the tiny, tiny balcony.

Ship tip

If you are a smoker be aware all three smoking areas are at the aft end.

Only disembarked, had to get on the bus to Seattle to catch our flight.

Disembarkation

3 out of 5
The ship was late getting to port and there seemed to be a lot of confusion about some of the debarkation times.
