Embarkation

Embarkation was a breeze. We had all received our Medallions in the mail and it literally took a couple minutes to check us in. Attach your Medallion to your lanyard and wear it before you enter the check-in.

Food and Dining

Food was pretty good, but truthfully, our last cruise was on the Ruby Princess and the menu had selections we liked better. The meals just tasted better on the Ruby too.

Plenty to do, day and night. Or, do nothing!

The Royal had the very best Cruise Director (Matt O.) and his team was outstanding.

Cabin / Stateroom

There was nothing wrong with the cabin but if you book this one, be aware there are pull-down twin beds above the queen bed. Learned my lesson after I bumped my head. A less clumsy person most likely wouldn’t have done that.

Ship tip

Get the Medallion and wear it all the time. You will save plenty of time avoiding lines, ordering food and drinks, etc. Also, you can keep in touch with your party.

We are trying to figure out how the pull down beds would work for our two girls on a future cruise. Are there 2 pull down beds or 1 pull down and a couch? Was there a queen bed also in the room? How was this with moving around the cabin?

We are doing Disney Wonder to these destinations in March 2020. What excursions do you recommend in each port for two boys 15 and 10?

Well why fit if if it ain't broke! Some people like a particular ship ,others.like specific destinations but I don't seem to care about the ship a s much as I like experiencing many different destinations.Glad you injoyed yourself,keep it up! lol!
