Review summary

We thought we'd give Princess a try but have decided that Holland American fits us better.

Embarkation

3 out of 5
Very long lines at Vancouver. You must go through both Canadian and US Customs. Took about 1.5 hours to get onboard.

The food was only average compared to a recent Holland America cruise taken 2 months earlier.

5 out of 5
Lots of activities to take part in.

Entertainment

Excellent entertainment on all nights.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Superior cabin steward - Noel. he rest of the staff was very friendly.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
The ship was very clean and well maintained. It is larger than the Holland America ships we have cruised on.

Cabin / Stateroom

A mini suite is great. Lots of room and love having a tub/shower combination.

Ship tip

The Medallion app is very slow on your phone or tablet.
