Seamless! We were treated like royalty. Ramps to the ship were steep for wheelchair to navigate. Need a better way to handle handicap passenger embarkation and disembarkation. Maybe an elevator?

Very clean and easy to get around the ship, even with a wheelchair. We had to put on our patience hat when requesting an elevator, which we already knew would be extra time required with a wheelchair.

Wear comfortable shoes! You will be walking a lot from place to place. It’s a huge ship!
Great port. We had great weather while there. Our train ride to White Pass was cancelled due to a rock slide on the railroad tracks. We went into town and shopped instead. It was all good!
Great port. We had great weather while there. We did a whale watching excursion in the morning. We didn’t really have enough time after the excursion to explore the town.
Great port. We had great weather while there. We had to leave five hours early from this port because of an anticipated high tide issue in Vancouver. The ship had to leave Ketchikan early, so that the ship could fit under a bridge when we arrived in Vancouver. Disappointed because we did not have the full day to explore this beautiful port.
