Review summary

If you love nature this cruise is a must. Every view is a picture. And there is so much history to learn about Alaska and the gold rush era. The locals are very friendly. A must see!!!

Embarkation

4 out of 5
Overall good. I think they could do a better job of separating the "Ocean Ready" passengers from those that are not.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
My only complaint was the main dining room. We ate there twice; one night was terrible and one was good. The specialty restaurants are still excellent!!! The buffet was very good; I think breakfast is their best meal.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
There were plenty of activities to choose from. I enjoyed a few of them- all very nice. Princess always did a good job of giving you options on activities.

Entertainment

Big improvement of the band over past cruises. They were much more current with their music.

Children's Programs

I do not have kids

Thanks, headed for Alaska on the Eurodam in 3 days. In October we are looking forward to the Sea of Cortez in the Royal.
