Review summary

Really good itinerary. Shame we couldn't dock at Mykonos but safety comes first. We got an extra day in Athens which meant we could see Acropolis so wasn't too disappointed

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Very efficient. Arrived at Barcelona port and within 20 minutes we were on the ship (priority boarding) but still very good

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Buffet was great, dinning rooms were ok but menus were a bit repetitive especially as you were on the boat for 2 weeks. Bars round pool and eateries were fantastic for food. The bars however were very slow to serve you and staff didn't know who was next in the queue

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Pools were good for our two girls. Just one main pool however and a small children's one. Could have been more for kids to do though. There was no games room, no slides in pool etc, and the children aged 9 and 12 were not even allowed in the gym with their parents supervising on the running machines (disappointed in this).

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Shows were really good we thought

Children's Programs

3 out of 5
The girls didn't really enjoy kids club. Only went in once, and they didn't get any food or drink.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Stateroom staff could not fault they were excellent (Jeffrey). Dining room staff were ok but service was inconsistent and despite having a set time at 8pm every night we always had to wait! Not great when 2 of our party were diabetic

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Ship layout worked for us. And could not see any issues with cleanliness in general. However the toilets in the public areas were not very good. For first week of cruise most toilets were out of order. There was an issue with drainge system I think.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
It was sufficient for us. A bit small for a family of 4 but ok

Ship tip

Just enjoy yourself
