"Captain lacked leadership" We will have to take your word for it. Not being nautical professionals with decades of experience operating enormous passenger ships we would have no way to judges such a thing.

2 questions - why weren't you able to walk around the whole ship & were the upper deck activities constantly occupied ( croquet and mini golf)

Remember that in the contract you signed that they have the right to cancel ports or change ports. You should read what you sign. No one has the right to complain about changed ports or canceled ports. You signed up for that. Naturally you can be disappointed but they have the right to do that. Complaining won't do any good and won't change things.

Trust me, the cruise line would be hearing from me! 🤔🤔

Did you research the ship and cruiseline before you booked? Most people do that so they know what type of cruise it will be. Holland America is a good example. They are a wonderful cruise line with great food and service and aittle more upper class than say Carnival or some of the others. They cater to an older crowd. You will find that on several of the more upper class ships. They have activities but .ore for the older crowd. You probably want something more like Carnival or Royal Caribbean or others that cater to families and have lots of activities.

You are the 3rd person on here to say that. I would be insanely upset especially if I had paid for excursions !

What was the reason for not stopping at those islands? If it was rough seas or something like that then, that is no fault of the cruise line. They have your safety in their minds.
