Overall, we all enjoyed the cruise. While the Rhapsody is not one of their larger ships, we were grateful for the size. It amazed me that we were on a ship with over 2000 other people and often times found ourselves alone or almost alone when on deck, shopping, etc. The casino had great tables and the slots are fairly generous. I did attend one art auction, which was a total snooze. Their auctioneer was mediocre at best. It was our first cruise, so it was a learning experience. My son with asperger's was able to find some nice quiet places to hang out (the viking lounge during the day, and behind solarium there is a group of chairs back there that is quite secluded). The one activity that all the kids loved was snorkeling in a couple of the ports. We opted to purchase our own masks (we got the full-faced ones for $20/ea) from Amazon and were glad we did. Loved the fact that the Park Cafe in the solarium was open later than all other food venues and their food was great. We will definitely go on another cruise with RC.

Just returned from 7 night western Caribbean cruise. What this ship lacks in size, amenities and youth, it makes up for in passion, service and value. The crew was attentive to ensuring passengers enjoyed their vacation, activity schedule was non-stop, and food options were expansive from burgers to lobster. This was the perfect laid back trip we were looking for. Thank You Rhapsody!

I thought this might be my first and only Cruise but I'll find the money somehow and do it again it was wonderful.

Had a great time on this ship, which is our first cruise (hopefully one of many).  We were told it was full capacity, but didn’t seem overcrowded at all.  We were especially impressed by the main dining room food – different menu nightly along with delicious dessert options.  The cruise director was amazing and I think really made people want to participate in events.  We were fortunate to have perfect weather – in 80s every day – with calm seas, so no sea sickness at all.  We never had problems getting close seats for the shows.  The ages of the guests on ship seemed varied, which was nice.  We enjoyed the Schooner bar singing along with the pianist and participating in the trivia games.  It was an overall awesome experience we know we will look back on forever with a big smile ;)

Great time. Crew was great. Weather and water was perfect. Nice to hit 4 ports in 7 nights. Excursion in Belize ran late, but tender and ship waited for us..good reason to book through RCL.

We had an amazing time for our first cruise ! The ship wasn’t to big and it was at full capacity and we still feel we weren’t cramped with people we felt very relaxed ! Our room was very clean and the staff were all very nice ! The dining experience was amazing we ate in main dining room every night for dinner and Ivan and Amol had amazing service and even knew our names outside of the dinning room and would speak to us if they saw us ! The cleanliness of the ship was great everywhere we were there was someone cleaning and sanitizing the railings , buttons and dusting everything ! We will definitely be back on this ship and will cruise with Royal again !

Had a good time but RCCL did not live up to their reputation.

It was great, and we are definitely planning to use Royal Caribbean again in the future.

Overall, I would definitely recommend Royal Caribbean. We have been on several ships and never had a bad experience.

We had a great time on Rhapsody last week! The food, the service, everything was wonderful. We had the best filet mignon I've ever eat in Chop's grille. Well worth the money spent. We had a balcony room which was also worth the extra money. I really enjoyed catching the sunrise on my balcony.

I am checking my mailbox every day looking for a refund check from Royal Caribbean. I don’t actually think I will receive one, but they know and I know I deserve one. The inexperienced and unexperienced cruiser may have thought this was a vacation of a lifetime. If that is you, I am very happy for you. But one day you will go on a cruise That is done correctly, and at that point you will understand. Please hold your comments until that day comes.

Great fun and fellowship on this cruise. Would do it all over again. Smaller ship but was great. Enjoyed all ports, time getting on and off ship was in timely manner. All cruise staff was great!

Ship needs to be updated. It needs more electrical outlets in each cabin especially in all suites. Also open Windjammer needs to open at 6:00am for breakfast not 7:30am. Unacceptable.

Getting terrible service from the rude hostess at edelweiss but i will mention the actual server is doing good hostess so rude half our party left to eat somewhere else

Not sure if I would do RCI again as the other ships are huge and this one was the smallest. It’s just not for us. It was a bargain as Transalantic, hind we have done before calling at different ports. Th value was not there.

Great fun! Love the transatlantic and especially love Royal Caribbean International. Recommend them with no hesitation at all. Must try if you haven't.

We cruised on the rhapsody in October 2016 out of Venice, Italy and will do a transatlantic crossing in November 2017. so we did like the first cruise on her, otherwise we would not return;-) We experienced a really good service on the rhapsody. In the MDR or on the buffet. Absolutely everyone was trying to do the best always with a smile on the face. So we really enjoyed our time. We also recognized some complaints from other guests comparing the rhapsody with other ships from other companies. The rhapsody is indeed an older ship but that ship really got charm. It's well maintained. I think the way the rhapsody is decorated shows the maritime style and I really love this. On a brandnew ship I think I am in a modern styled resort kind of thing. Sometimes you forget you are on sea. So that's why I like to be on those vision class ships of RCI. The food was amazing. On every dinner our server surprised us with one extra dish for our whole table just to try. (A dish nobody had ordered). So there was a chance to try out something new. Thanks again for that:-) We booked an oceanview cabin on deck 2. we liked the cabin. The bathroom is small like on every ship. The shower curtain could be removed by the recent renovation. That's the only little thing that I would recommend RCI to improve.

You were our favorite cruise line. We are platinum + members and have just been treated like dirt. Because of the unfairness of departure we spent 3 hours in customs line and missed our flight. We were to go off at 8:08, left at9:30 as #3 and watched # 8&9 leave before us. We no need 7 hours to get home and have no connection from the airport to home. Thank for destroying our 14 days home. The rotten end to a much depleted cruise, really question a return. So sad to watch your demise.

We thoroughly enjoyed our cruise, we visited some lovely places that we hadn't been to before which was really nice. The staff throughout were great, we couldn't find fault with anyone of them. The ship is comfortable and has everything you need. We would recommend Rhapsody and would probably use again.
