Review summary

Just returned from 7 night western Caribbean cruise. What this ship lacks in size, amenities and youth, it makes up for in passion, service and value. The crew was attentive to ensuring passengers enjoyed their vacation, activity schedule was non-stop, and food options were expansive from burgers to lobster. This was the perfect laid back trip we were looking for. Thank You Rhapsody!

Glad you enjoyed your time on this old girl! Several cruisers in the past few weeks have either been really happy with the ship for the service and itinerary and the staff on board or they have not been happy because the ship is old and didn’t offer all of the amenities and services the larger, newer ships have available. Some folks even complained about the quality of the buffet style dining in the Wndjammer, but hey, it’s just a buffet. We’ve been following the blogs about Rhapsody and booked a Transatlantic for December 2018 because it was a bargain at the price. You said you had a perfect laid back trip-that’s what a Transatlantic is all about. We’ve been on Oasis and we did. Transatlantic on Liberty. We’ve been looking forward to a laid back cruise on a smaller ship!
