Review summary

You were our favorite cruise line. We are platinum + members and have just been treated like dirt. Because of the unfairness of departure we spent 3 hours in customs line and missed our flight. We were to go off at 8:08, left at9:30 as #3 and watched # 8&9 leave before us. We no need 7 hours to get home and have no connection from the airport to home. Thank for destroying our 14 days home. The rotten end to a much depleted cruise, really question a return. So sad to watch your demise.

joslynoceanlove...They did away with chocolate on you pillow? Holy smokes... no wonder you had such a horrible time! I am sure you had a "great" attitude toward the staff when you requested your above mentioned items.

We went on the Rhapsody last February and if it wasn’t for the great friends we cruised with. We would have had a horrible time. Royal Caribbean has went down hill. Horrible service in the dining room at breakfast and lunch. Servers acting like you are inconveniencing them by wanting the fresh squeezed juice that you paid for in your drink package. They even did away with Chocolate on your pillow at night I even asked about it and they said they haven’t done that in a while. Skimping and mistreating customers will not get you repeat business. We went back to princess and don’t plan to cruise on Royal Caribbean every again

I would never pick a morning flight our on the same day you get back. There are too many things that could happen that can delay your trip. FYI: the cruiseline doesn't control customs.

What was unfair? My guess is you complain on a daily basis. Did they have anchovies for since you complained about that on you last review?
