Review summary

Ship needs to be updated. It needs more electrical outlets in each cabin especially in all suites. Also open Windjammer needs to open at 6:00am for breakfast not 7:30am. Unacceptable.

Alana and Dean were outstanding in the main dining room.

Cabin steward was excellent. However our suite was not up to date. I use a CPAP machine to sleep at night and there were no electrical outlets close to the bed. The staff had to run an extension cord to the bed which caused a safety problem when I got up at night to go to the restroom.

This cabin was classified as a Junior Suite but was far from what I expected. Unacceptable.

Our excursion in Cozumel was cancelled. The one in Belize was very good as well as Key West. However we went on the glass bottom boat in Costa Maya and paid a lot of money for this excursion only to see one turtle and a few small fish and that was it. Unacceptable.
