The best server in the world! But the food is OK only. It's not fresh cooked. Even the lobster was precooked. Understand so many people to feed, but they should have done this better. The worst experience was in the shop. My brother bought a $5500 blue diamond and found the ring is not that good. We tried to return it. But the sales person told us that the ring got exchanged by other people. Make no sense. I don't want to waste my time to tell the whole story but Please do not buy anything in the shops on the ship! Finally we got the return, but the manager didn't even give us an apology. The lady in the customer service is nice, but she seems have no control. I don't expect more from this ship, they need to make money. And I don't think they can improve anymore. They don't have good system.

The ship seemed to us beautiful and beautifully maintained. Accommodations were comfortable in pubblic spaces as well as staterooms.

Absolutely a fantastic ship, with an outstanding crew, great food and variety of same, and sights. The ship provided a great ride even when we encounterd 12 ft seas for a period of time. There are many beautiful areas which to retreat for moments of quite thoughts, yet there are seemingly around-the-clock activities as one wishes.

Ship just out of overhaul so pretty new...Struggled a little getting crew up to speed, some inexperienced wait staff but overall they took very good care of us. The Captain is a hoot!!! Had a Grand Suite but water in shower went from hot to cold without touching valve which made showers interesting.

The ship seems to have done major renovation. Everything looks new except the elevator. Stateroom is excellent, new tv, all furniture is new. Main dining room food is excellent with excellent service. Food is plentiful in the cafe, very well stocked.

It could use some updating...the theater looked dated!

Perfect ship and staff for this trip. Especially enjoied the music in the center that floated up into public areas. The beautifully preparred food. Great quality entertainment. Everything was first class..

I understand the ship is to have a facelift next Spring. This is a must to keep it competitive with all the others out there.

Really nice ship with plenty of room for everyone, for a long trip, a bigger boat with more amenities would be my choice next time like the Oasis or the Allure if they ever get to the Pacific. Extremely clean ship with a great blended crew, all polite and courteous

I found the ship to be easy to get around on and very clean.

The ship was very clean, the staff extremely attentive. The food was good with a very good selection for everyone, including those on special diets. If I were to do this over I would take this trip in June or early July when there is a much better chance of dry clear weather. I would not do Sept.again. If possible check the weather before purchasing tours as almost all are available on the ship or when you arrive at the port. Many people we spoke with were disappointed because the weather prevented them from seeing what they thought they would see. as was our case..

Ship was tired and old. Rooms needed updating. Bed was hard. TV was outdated. No hair products or hair dryer. Stateroom personnel was great and helpful. Windjammer cafe was good but main dining room food was just okay.

This was a dream vacation for us. Not only was I amazed at how the ship can turn on a dime, but also impressed with the service received at the airport as we left. Class act all the way!

We loved the service. Room service every day for breakfast. Great waiter and personal service for dinner. Ship was very clean and safe. Every day was a pleasure. The only way to have a relaxing vacation. We'll take Royal Caribean again.

whole different atmosphere from Carvnival. not a party ship.

Plan your stateroom in a quiet area.I thought I had a good location:however,alot of noise kept us from sleeping good. We were under the dining room and the clean up crew made plenty of noise, the last 4 of 5 nights.

It was a good ship though I never saw a whale and I never saw a mountain completely covered by snow !

I got the cheapest state room, and it was larger and better than expected. The food and wait staff were fantastic. Ports of call were nice, with good activities on and off the boat.
