Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Dining times were accommodated as requested. Edelweiss dinners were good and service was phenomenal. We especailly appreciated Joseph and Freddie who were excellent waiters and fun besides. The Windjammer was a zoo but I realize the job of getting so many people fed must be difficult. We loved Giovanni's food, decor and service but were not aware until the last night that the fine dining restaurants were available to us atr such a reasonable price. It was an exceptional experience.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Lots more activities than we could or would have taken advantage of but we enjoyed the ones we attended.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
With the exception of a couple of employees who seemed unable to properly prepare Starbucks drinks and (as a result?) seemed a bit unwilling and unfriendly, ship staff was amazingly and constantly smiling and pleasat.

Ship Quality

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The room was lovely and comfortable. The beds and bedding were luxurious. We had everything we needed and our room was immaculately kept by I nyoman.

Pros: The destinations, ship decor, friendly and professional staff, lovely, comfortable and efficient staterooms.

Cons: Being part of a herd of people. Mountains of steam table food, mediocre and repetitive. As first -timers, we weren't aware of dining options for all meals.
