The staff on the ship were wonderful, accommodating, and polite. They worked very hard to make our cruise amazing, and succeeded while we were on the ship. The shore excursions were expensive and truly I think not worth our time.
Embarkation

Great, well organized, and only took a few minutes.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining

Very good for the most part.
Onboard Activities

I enjoyed the adult area pool and hot tubs most. There were several unsupervised children out in the main pools and hot tubs that were unruly.
Entertainment

Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was a bit small, but clean & we did ok. The hand held shower was especially appreciated as my husband and I are larger people and would have difficulty in the very small shower if it were not detachable.
Very nice, yes we did the Jeep and beach tour of the eco park. The locals were really difficult however; they would not leave us alone, constantly hounding for money, to get us into their shops, etc. that is truly annoying and bothersome. We ended up coming aboard early just to get away from it. We ended up spending an overnight in Cozumel as we missed key west, which was appreciated.
We did the snorkel & beach at Starfish Island excursion. The sea was way too rough to snorkel even for experienced people. The staff on the Angel Ray were wonderful however and were very accommodating.
Yes, tried to do snorkel and beach, but this was cancelled due to adverse weather. So ended up doing just a beach excursion. We paid $60 each to go to a beach where there was an open bar, but no food. Since we drink very little this was not optimal. Also, the vendors on the beach were not too badly hounding us, but there were a lot of them. However, there was one shop vendor who called me an American liar because I told him I didn't have any more money left. (I actually didn't). That was very disappointing and because we felt hounded again, ended up coming back to the ship very early to get away from all this. We went to the adult pool area and enjoyed it very much. I feel like we wasted $120 on this trip.
