The bed was hard and we asked if it could be made softer. Steward added a duvet under the mattress sheet and it was still so uncomfortable that we got off in Cozumel and went to the Mega store to purchase a dense foam mattress pad. At the end of the week we had to leave it but it was well worth the trouble and money

Bring a compact camp mattress. You're going to need it

This port has turned into a spring break like atmosphere all the time. No longer can you swim, eat and enjoy the quiet around the pool. This used to be a favorite port but not anymore.

Your only complaint seems to be the bed. Royal did what they could for you, what more did you expect?

The Rapsody was once our favorite ship. Sorry you were not satisfied. She started our cruising journeys when she sailed out of Galveston. We have sailed on 102 cruises so far. mostly on RCL, our favorite line.
